| Background: | A recent theater rigging inspection by LVH Entertainment Systems indicated some safety issues which will require temporary and permanent repairs. District Special Projects personnel have experience in theater rigging and some repairs have been accomplished to keep the theater operational. Some rigging has been locked off and is currently unavailable for use. The proposed structural engineer has experience in theater rigging and has been the structural engineer of record for numerous theater upgrades. The district has requested the attached proposal for a review and report of existing conditions |
