| Background: | A pre-school program at Harding UPS requires modification to existing gates and the installation of new gates and fencing to meet safety requirement for pre-school age children. Temporary barricades have been in place while the project was in design. The gates and fencing will match the existing iron fencing at the site. The architects estimate for this project is $95,000.
A mandatory pre-bid conference was held at 10:00 AM on June 10, 2103 in response to California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Act requirements for informal bidding. One contractor attended the pre-bid conference and bids were opened at 10:30 AM on July 2, 2013. A bid tabulation sheet is attached. |
