Agenda Title:Approval of Task 2 Services Under the Current Program Management Agreement with TELACU Construction Management for Project Management and Implementation, Facilities Master Plan, and Preventative and Deferred Maintenance Schedules  
Background:On March 13, 2012 the board authorized the release of the subject Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Program Management Services.  On May 8, 2012 the Board authorized the Superintendent to enter into contract negotiations with TELACU Construction Management and on June 12, 2012 the board approved the attached agreement with TELACU Construction Management.   The Task 2 Services list is attached and item 1B is an expanded continuation of item 2B from Task 1.  Much of the information collected and produced by TELACU under Task 1 will be used in Task 2 items 2 and 3.  
Recommendation:The Board of Approve the Task 2 Services Under the Program Management Agreement with TELACU Construction Management for Project Management and Implementation, Facilities Master Plan, and Preventative and Deferred Maintenance Schedules
