| Background: | On November 18, 2008 the Board approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Earl Warren Showgrounds (EWS) for alternative parking. Both EWS and Adams Elementary School are in need of additional parking during certain events. For EWS, parking is requested for EWS staff and vendors during the annual Fair and Expo. For Adams, additional parking is requested for after school events when on site parking is not sufficient.
The current agreement expired on June 30, 2013. EWS and Adams Elementary School would like to renew the agreement for another 5 year period. |
