| Background: | Attached is the California State Preschool Program Contract No. CSPP-3526 Amendment 01 between the California Department of Education and the Child Development Program. The Department of Education has increased the Maximum Reimbursable Amount (MRA) payable pursuant to the provisions of the agreement from $2,317,055 to $2,349.347.
Plan
The contract funds will be used for certificated and classified salaries for each classroom, instructional materials, professional development, business operations and custodial support and supplies. |
| Recommendation: | That the Board of Education adopt Resolution No. 2013/14-25 authorizing entering into Contract No. CSPP-3526 Amendment 01, between the Santa Barbara Unified School Districts’ Child Development Program and the California Department of Education for the 2013/14 school year. |
