| Background: | On May 7, 2013 the board approved the new library building at Washington Elementary School as a project funded by Measure R 2010. This project is at the Division of State Architect for review and staff will be recommending the use of the Lease Lease-back construction delivery method for this project.
The district has requested the attached proposal from McGillivary Construction Company. McGillivary Construction Company is the current contractor for the new restroom buildings at Adelante Charter School and Peabody Charter School. The district is pleased with their services. |
