| Background: | Background In addition to Modernization Grant Eligibility at San Marcos High School which has been applied for with the Electrical Infrastructure project at the site, the district meets the criteria for Facility Hardship grant funding for the Gym Arches Repair Project approved by the Board for Measure Q 2010 funding. This is a 60/40 matching fund program. We will qualify for this program based on “structural deficiency”. While current State Bond Funds are oversubscribed, Facility Hardship projects will move to the front of the line when funds become available. |
