The mechanical systems at SMHS have been subject to frequent failures and replacement is necessary. Due to budget limitations, this project will cover approximately 2/3 of the needed mechanical system replacements identified as a priority for the site. The construction budget for this project is $2,388,823 ($2,192,063 construction + $196,760 escalation) and the construction contingency budget is $219,206.
