Roof repairs are not adequately addressing numerous leaks and the roof in beyond its life expectancy. Staff wished to address this by replacing the roof before the major rain season. TELACU is in the process of evaluating district roofs, has assessed the gym roof, and concurs that immediate replacement is warranted.
