Background:
In accordance with the collective bargaining statutes under which the district negotiates with employees, the District intends to bring forth a proposal to bargain terms and conditions for the 2013-14 school year. Pursuant to Article XVI, Term and Effect of Agreement, the District's specific proposals are identified on the attachment. 
 
The Santa Barbara Unified School District is required to memorialize its proposal at two public meetings.
