Background:The board approved the purchase of the QSS license upgrade of financial system in July of 2010. Since then, the district has entered into an annual contract with QSS for a financial system, technical support and consulting services.
Recommendation:Staff recommends the board approve the QSS services and support agreement for fiscal year 2013-2014.
