| Background: |
As part of our ADA lawsuit settlement and the proposed Measure Q 2010 projects for Marcos High School, the ADA pathway and site drainage improvements are anticipated. This project includes earthwork, retaining walls pathways with railings, drainage and landscaping around the Greek Theater which was disturbed during the installation of utilities for the new wing.
The architect and project manager have reviewed the Guaranteed Maximum Sum (GMS) and it is appropriate for the scope of the project.
