Background:
On March 13, 2012 the board authorized the release of the subject Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Program Management Services. On June 12, 2012 the Board approved a program management Agreement with TELACU Construction Management. On November 13, 2012 the Board received an update on the activities of TELACU.
