On April 9th, 2013 the board rejected all bids for the subject project. Child Development and the architect agreed on a reduced scope of work to meet the available grant funds for the project and the project was re-bid.
A mandatory pre-bid conference was held at 1:30 PM on April 25, 2013 in response to California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting requirements. Three contractors attended the pre-bid conference and bids were opened at 10:00 AM on May 6, 2013. A bid tabulation sheet is attached.
Deductive alternate No. 1 is for landscaping and irrigation improvements and deductive alternate No. 2 is for an alternate asphalt patching material.
