| Background: | On May 14, 2013 the Board approved priority List 2 for the Remainder of the Measure Q 2010 bond funds and confirmed projects on Priority List 1 for funds on hand. This project is scheduled to be funded from funds on hand and includes a retaining wall, drainage improvements, new paving and a slurry seal of the existing adjacent asphalt.
Lash Construction Inc. has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $347,317.60 for this project. The construction budget for this project is $406,480 and the updated engineers estimate for this project is $405,700.
