| Background: | On May 14, 2013 the Board approved priority List 2 for the Remainder of the Measure Q 2010 bond funds and confirmed projects on Priority List 1 for funds on hand. This project is scheduled to be funded from funds on hand and includes demolition of the paving, re-grading, gutters, mow strips and repaving the north east playground and seal coating the staff parking lot.
Granite Construction Company has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $625,200 for this project. The construction budget for this project is $736,076 and the updated engineers estimate for this project is $734,950. |
