In accordance with AB 1200 (Chapter1213/1991), Government Code 3547.5 and CCR, Title V, Section 15449 any employee compensation must be approved by the governing board and be available for public inspection prior to granting such compensation.
The Santa Barbara Unified School District, SBTA and CSEA negotiated a one time off schedule bonus of two percent calculated on the annual base salary and longevity.
Note that the multi-year projections in this collective bargaining agreement will not tie to the 2013-2014 fiscal year budget report due to the timing of the completion of the report.
