Background:

On August 28, 2012 the Board approved a Facility Use Agreement with Hope Church for use of the Elings Performing Arts Center at Dos Pueblos High School.  The agreement was renewed annually and the church used the theater until July 31, 2016.

The church relocated to La Cumbre Junior High School and on August 9, 2016 the Board approved a Facility Use Agreement with Hope Church for the use of the theater at La Cumbre Junior High School and that agreement expires on June 30, 2016.      

Recommendation:

The Board Approve the Facility Use Agreement with Hope Church for Use of the Theater at La Cumbre Junior High School for 2017/2018

Income of $700.00 per Sunday to fund a part time theater manager and other needs of the theater
