Background:

On April 14, 2015 the Board approved the fundraising activity request and naming of the “Twin Palms Sand Volleyball Courts”  The facility will consist of 3 courts placed to the east of the pool.  A copy of the approved fundraising application and location map are attached.

Administrative Regulation 7215 outlines the fundraising requirements for site funded projects and asks that the fundraising group request an extension if the goal is not met within one year.  In recent years, fundraising for the project has not been at the forefront and the sand volleyball athletic boosters are requesting an extension of time so they may actively fund raise for the project. AR 7215 and the updated fundraising plan are attached.
