Background:

This matter was previously discussed and considered by the Board, and a public hearing was held regarding the exchange at the February 27, 2018 board meeting. It is being placed on this agenda for final action by the Board.

The required documentation for the exchange, consisting of an Agreement to exchange Leasehold Properties and a Board Resolution are included with this item. The exchange is authorized under Education Code section 17536 and requires adoption of a resolution by two-thirds of the Board.
