Background:Per board policy 3312, to be valid or to constitute an enforceable obligation against the district, all contracts must be submitted for Board approval. Contracts under $10,000 may be entered into by the superintendent or designee for later Board ratification. Per Board Policy 3290, the Deputy Superintendent will report to the District’s Governing Board the gifts and grants offered for the benefit of the district for acceptance by the board.
Recommendation:Staff recommends the board ratify the contracts and grant listed on the attached report
