| Background: | Currently there is 1.0 FTE certificated staff in the Child Development - After School and Expanded Learning program that works on a 225 day calendar where a 185 day calendar would be more appropriate. Enrollment during summer breaks and holidays does not necessitate the need for the 225 day contract. There is a need to reduce the work calendar days from 225 to 185 for the 2019-20 school year. |
