At the March 12, 2019 Board meeting a report was given outlining the plan to expand Adelante Charter School onto the current Franklin Children’s Center complex.  In order for the plan to work, the Child Development program will need to be relocated to the Parma site.  Since the main building at Parma is unusable, it will need to be demolished and replaced with a new building.

Kruger, Bensen, Ziemer Architects, Inc. has worked with the district on many projects, and has established themselves as a valued partner. This agenda item is asking the Board to approve a contract with KBZ for the architectural services related to the project.
