On August 28, 2018 the Board approved LLB contract documents with Diani Building Corporation.
The contractor and the district have agreed on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project in the amount of $764,134. This project has a construction budget of $ 1,479,822, with a contingency budget of $ 194,227.
