At Santa Barbara High School there are restrooms that are in need of modernization.  These restrooms are included in the approved list of Measure I bond projects.  Though originally scheduled for later in the bond program, these are also the restrooms recently identified in a Williams Act complaint, so we are accelerating the schedule for this work.  The project will bring these restrooms into compliance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) access compliance requirements, and will replace inefficient plumbing fixtures with water saving models that will aid in our sustainability efforts.

This Board item is asking for approval of an Agreement for Architectural Services with Kruger, Benson, Ziemer Architects, Inc. to begin the design process.
