Adelante Charter School (ACS), formerly named César Estrada Chávez Dual Language Immersion Charter School, has been in existence for 20 years and this will be their fourth renewal since their inception. Staff have been engaged in a year-long conversation with Director David Bautista and members of the board for ACS in preparation for this charter renewal and an update on their facility use agreement. 

This will be a first reading for the Board. We have a few more topics to work through with ACS in regards to the fiscal and governance sections and those changes will appear in the final version to be approved on June 25, 2019.
