| Background: | As part of a reduction in particular kinds of services, a Competency Criteria and Tie Breaker must be approved and a resolution passed. This is the same competency criteria and tie breaker criteria we have used for in the past 6-7 years. You will note that it is still broken down by Elementary and Secondary Criteria as the Competency Criteria is somewhat different for the elementary vs. secondary classrooms. |
