(FSCC) as the Lease-leaseback (LLB)contractor for the subject project, which was accomplished in accordance with procedures and standards outlined in Education Code section 17406. Now presented for Board approval are the LLB contract documents between the District and FSCC.
The attached documents include the site and facilities leases, preconstruction provisions, and the construction provisions which the contractor is obliged to comply with. Also included as attachment 1 to the construction provisions, are the general conditions that apply to the construction services to be provided.
