After six years of services provided by Hanover Research, staff is recommending an additional work stream to increase services to support school transformation as required under federal accountability designation for schools identified in need of Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI). Hanover Research will develop a set of tools for Cleveland Elementary, La Cumbre Jr, High, and La Cuesta Continuation High School including but not limited to protocols for policy and curriculum review, and professional learning for staff. These tools will be developed with a custom lens that will simultaneously support the school-self evaluation process required by CSI, and implementation processes aligned with the adopted META Plan. Hanover Research services adds district capacity through research expertise in assessment, accountability, evaluation and planning, particularly in the areas of protocol, rubric and survey development, data collection tools’ administration, analysis, and literature review of best practices in support of student learning and school transformation. 

This agreement will be in effective from October 15, 2020 through October 14, 2021
