On August 25, 2020 the Board approved Frank Schipper Construction, Inc. as the contractor for the subject project, which was accomplished in accordance with procedures and standards outlined in Education Code section 17406. Now presented for Board approval are the Lease-leaseback contract documents between the District and Frank Schipper Construction, Inc.
These documents include the site and facilities leases, preconstruction provisions, and the construction provisions which the contractor is obliged to comply with. Also included as attachment 1 to the construction provisions, are the general conditions that apply to the construction services to be provided.
