| Background: | The process of enhancing a Dual Language program takes careful analysis and strategic planning for implementation. This proposal spans the 2020-2021 academic year and provides consulting and professional development support for Santa Barbara Dual Language Immersion program implementation at Santa Barbara Junior High School and Planning and community outreach support at McKinley Elementary School. CABE Professional Development Services will work with SBUSD representatives to identify and cluster the critical topics to explore, conversations that will need to be conducted, and decisions that need to be made in analyzing and planning for and the implementation of the enhanced DL program. The recommended consulting and professional development activities are listed in the attached MOU. |
