Background:Envoy is an identification system that is primarily used for visitor check-ins at the District office and school sites. By capturing and securely storing data of our incoming visitors, we are able to maintain a safe environment District-wide.
Recommendation:It is recommended that the Board approve the renewal purchase of Envoy's visitor registration system.
