Background: | September 30, 2015 any Housing and Community Development (HCD) approved relocatables as Senate Bill 1324 was enacted into law on September 18, 2006 and requires that commencing outlined in Section 17292 be removed from use as a school building.
All of these trailer like buildings have been removed from our district. One unit was previously at Adams Elementary School, one at San Marcos High School and three were located at Santa Barbara Charter Middle School |
